Welcome to your Mindful Moment
My name is Denise Mallmann and I’m a certified Meditation & Mindfulness teacher and Sound Healing facilitator. I worked in Corporate for 7 years, but already got into Meditation over 15 years ago. This path led me to India, where I spent several months learning and experiencing the effect of Meditation first hand. And it changed my life, to say the least. Now I feel honored to share these practices & tools in an easy and accessible way with you. By going inwards, you can re-connect with yourself, and re-discover the beauty inside of you; finding balance for your body, mind, and soul. Are you ready to live your life fully & truly enjoy it?

MEDITATION
Die online Meditationen finde ich toll, weil ich sie ganz einfach daheim auf der Couch machen kann. Denise geht bei den Sessions sehr achtsam auf individuelle Fragen und Bedürfnisse ein. Dadurch fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die abwechslungsreichen Meditationen empfinde ich super angenehm angeleitet. Mir hilft das Meditieren mich zu entspannen und so innere Unruhe, Stress und Druck loszulassen. Ich schlafe seither viel besser und fühle mich im Alltag wesentlich ruhiger und erholter. Danke!
MEDITATION
Seitdem ich regelmäßig bei den online Meditationen dabei bin, schlafe ich viel besser und ruhiger. Denise ist sehr einfühlsam und besonders achtsam im Umgang mit jedem Einzelnen in der Runde und man fühlt sich gesehen und wahrgenommen. Ihre Stimme finde ich auch sehr beruhigend und bei den Meditationen am Abend kann ich wieder ganz im Jetzt ankommen und danach in Frieden einschlafen und durchschlafen. Im Alltag fühle ich mich geerdet und gelassener und kann die verschiedenen Momente am Tag bewusster erleben und genießen.
